Hi, I’m Simon — founder of Black Country Tech Support. I started this service to help small and medium-sized businesses like yours get the reliable, affordable tech support you actually need, without the jargon or the BS.
I’ve spent years working in and around the tech industry — sometimes hands-on building products, sometimes coaching teams, and often just helping people make sense of the mess that tech can become. I’ve worked with everyone from local tradespeople to big names like Dunelm, UCAS, Homeserve, RAC and more. But what I really enjoy is helping everyday businesses get their digital house in order.
This business was built for people who’ve been burned before — who’ve paid thousands for a website that looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2006, or who’ve been left stranded by a developer who’s vanished into the ether. I wanted to offer something different. That’s why I created a no-risk, £0 down model that’s simple, transparent, and built around what you need to succeed online.
I’m based in the Black Country and work with businesses across Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge — and beyond. Most of the work I do can be done remotely, so I’ve also helped clients in the EU and the US. We take care of everything.
After a contract is signed we send a small questionnaire about your business and what you offer, then we expand on that content and write the entire site’s content for you, create the design, get approval, then we build. The whole process generally takes around 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

We send you an email with less than 10 questions about your business, services, what sets you apart, etc and we do all the rest.
Design approval
We then do a video screen share showing you the first draft and make any changes you want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
Development
Once approved, we can start coding the site out and setting everything up. We will send a demo link to view before we launch and go live.
